SHARIA BANKS IN STRATEGIC ALLIANCE SME DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA

Islamic Banking has the interests of human efforts in order to meet their basic needs Ibrahim (2003) Poverty alleviation in via Islamic Banking Finance to Microenterprise. It is in accordance with the Islamic concept based on principles of social justice (adl) and goodness (Ahsan). Implications of the Islamic concept in economics according to Khan (1997) in the Social Dimensions of Islamic Banks in Theory and Practice, was: "... taking care of Those who Can not be taken care of by the market, who Can not Play with economic forces, or do not have access to economic means to enable Them to exploit the economic opportunities around them."

Islamic bank's involvement in moving the construction sector, especially SMEs (real sector) is now proved. To promote MSMEs, sharia banks existing maps MSMEs into two parts; Medium and Small Enterprises. Where the medium directly handled by Islamic banking, and for small business, Islamic banking needs to cooperate with the pattern of strategic alliance. Therefore, that will increase synergy and indirectly as well as support for the socialization of the economic developing of sharia in Indonesia, which ultimately can improve the overall economy in order to reduce poverty and improve the welfare and prosperity of the people of Indonesia.
